1 Introduction

GWKTogel is an online gambling platform providing sports betting, live casino, togel, slot games, crash games, and related services to eligible players. The platform operates under international online gaming licensing from recognised offshore jurisdictions. GWKTogel does not operate under any Malaysian government licence, as no such regulatory framework currently exists for online gambling in Malaysia.

These Terms apply to all users of the platform, regardless of the device, browser, or method of access used. They govern your account, all transactions, bonus claims, game participation, and any communication between you and GWKTogel's support team.

GWKTogel reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

3 Account Eligibility

To be eligible to open and maintain an account on GWKTogel, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you use the Platform.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order or any other gambling restriction on GWKTogel or any affiliated platform.
• You have not previously had an account closed or terminated by GWKTogel for breach of these Terms or any applicable policy.
• You understand and accept that online gambling may be restricted or prohibited under the laws of your jurisdiction. You take full personal responsibility for ensuring your participation complies with all applicable local laws.
• You are acting with full legal capacity and are not under any legal disability that would prevent you from entering into a binding agreement.

GWKTogel reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe will result in account suspension pending verification.

4 Account Registration & KYC Verification

4.1 Registration Requirements

Each individual is permitted to hold onlyone (1) account on GWKTogel at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identity details — is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a breach of these Terms.

4.2 KYC Verification Process

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, GWKTogel requires all Players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. The required documentation typically includes:

• Government-issued photo identification — such as a Malaysian MyKad, passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of address — such as a recent utility bill or bank statement issued within the preceding three months.
• Payment method verification — for withdrawals to bank accounts or e-wallets, confirmation that the account or wallet belongs to the registered Player.

KYC verification is a one-time process. Once successfully completed, subsequent withdrawals are not subject to further documentation requests unless a material change in account activity is detected.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. GWKTogel strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — remains your responsibility. Notify GWKTogel support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

5 Deposits & Payments

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

GWKTogel currently accepts deposits via the following payment channels, all processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR):

• DuitNow (QR and instant bank transfer)
• FPX (Financial Process Exchange) — Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and other participating Malaysian banks

5.2 Deposit Minimums and Processing Times

The minimum deposit amount for standard MYR payment methods is RM50. For cryptocurrency deposits, the equivalent minimum is approximately USDT 20. All MYR deposits are credited to your account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited following network confirmation (typically 1–3 confirmations).

5.3 Player Responsibility

All deposits must originate from payment accounts held in the Player's own name. GWKTogel does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

6 Withdrawals

6.1 Processing Times

Withdrawal requests submitted by verified Players during standard operating hours are typically processed within 15 minutes to accounts held with Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and other participating Malaysian banks. Processing times during peak periods or for large withdrawal amounts may extend to 60 minutes.

6.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• KYC verification must be completed prior to the first withdrawal.
• Real money balance and bonus funds are maintained in separate ledgers. Bonus funds and associated winnings are only withdrawable once applicable wagering requirements have been fulfilled.
• Withdrawals must be directed to an account held in the registered Player's name only.
• GWKTogel reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests that fall outside of normal account activity patterns.

6.3 Withdrawal Limits

Withdrawal limits vary by membership tier. Bronze tier accounts may withdraw up to RM 50,000 per week. Silver tier accounts may withdraw up to RM 150,000 per week. Gold VIP accounts are subject to negotiated higher limits as agreed with the VIP management team.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All promotional offers made available on GWKTogel — including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and free spins — are subject to specific terms and conditions detailed on the respective promotion page. In the event of any conflict between individual promotion terms and these general Terms, the individual promotion terms shall prevail.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to a Player's account are subject to wagering requirements before any related winings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is specified on the promotion page. As a general reference:

• 288% Magnificent Welcome Bonus — 35x wagering requirement on the bonus amount.
• 100% Standard Welcome Bonus — 10x wagering requirement.
• 188% Esports Bonus — 18x wagering requirement applicable to esports markets only.
• 2% Crypto Deposit Bonus — recurring monthly bonus for cryptocurrency deposits.

7.3 Bonus Restrictions

The following restrictions apply to all active bonuses unless otherwise specified:

• Maximum bet during bonus: No single bet may exceed MYR 300 while a bonus is active in the Player's account. Bets exceeding this limit while bonus funds are in play may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Game contribution: Slot games typically contribute100% toward wagering requirements. Table games, live casino, and sports betting contribute at reduced rates as specified in each promotion's terms — typically 10–20%.
• Bonus expiry: Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the specified timeframe — generally7, 14, or 30 days as stated on the promotion page. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.
• Maximum cash-out: Certain promotions impose a cap on the maximum withdrawal derived from bonus winings. This cap is stated on the relevant promotion page.

7.4 Bonus Abuse

GWKTogel actively monitors for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: multi-accounting to claim bonuses multiple times, low-risk hedging strategies intended solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine play intent, and exploitation of technical errors or promotions that were clearly offered in error. Any Player found to be engaging in such activity will have their bonus forfeited and their account reviewed for potential suspension.

8 Gameplay & Fair Use

GWKTogel is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all Players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in place of genuine human play.
• Collusion between Players in live casino, poker, or any multiplayer game environment.
• Exploitation of software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors. Any such issue must be reported to support immediately. Any winings derived from known exploits are not honoured.
• Chargebacks — the initiation of any payment dispute or reversal with a bank or payment provider for funds that were genuinely deposited and used on the Platform.
• Any form of match-fixing, corruption, or manipulation related to sports events on which bets are placed.

All game outcomes on GWKTogel are produced by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that are independently audited. GWKTogel does not manipulate game outcomes in favour of or against any individual Player.

9 Responsible Gambling

GWKTogel takes its responsible gambling obligations seriously. The Platform provides the following self-management tools to all registered Players, accessible directly from the account dashboard:

• Deposit limits — daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount a Player may deposit.
• Session time reminders — notifications alerting Players when a specified session duration has elapsed.
• Cool-off periods — temporary account suspensions of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-exclusion — permanent or indefinite restriction of account access at the Player's request.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the GWKTogel platform — including but not limited to the GWKTogel brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and data — is the intellectual property of GWKTogel or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes only. This licence does not permit the reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content without prior written consent from GWKTogel.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GWKTogel and its officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits or winings resulting from technical failures, system outages, or internet connectivity issues.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your account data where the breach was not caused by GWKTogel's own negligence.
• Inaccuracies in odds or pricing resulting from data feed errors, where such errors are identified and corrected within reasonable timeframe.
• Any loss arising from a Player's reliance on information provided on the Platform for purposes other than entertainment.

In all cases, GWKTogel's maximum aggregate liability to any Player for any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Privacy & Data

GWKTogel collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with itsPrivacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and should be read in conjunction with them. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

GWKTogel does not sell or commercially transfer personal data to third parties except as required to operate the Platform (such as payment processors and identity verification providers) or as compelled by applicable legal obligations. All data transfers to third-party service providers are governed by appropriate data processing agreements.

13 Account Termination

13.1 Termination by GWKTogel

GWKTogel reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any criminal conduct.
• Submission of false or misleading KYC documentation.
• Multi-accounting or identity misrepresentation.
• Chargeback filing against GWKTogel.
• Discovery that the Player was under21 years of age at the time of registration or any subsequent time.

In cases of account termination for cause, any real money balance remaining in the account following resolution of outstanding disputes shall be returned to the Player via the original deposit method. Bonus funds are forfeited upon termination for cause.

13.2 Voluntary Account Closure

Players may close their accounts at any time by contacting GWKTogel support via live chat or email. Any positive real money balance at the time of closure will be processed as a final withdrawal following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

14 Amendments to These Terms

GWKTogel reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via a notification displayed upon next login or via the registered email address. The updated Terms will take effect upon publication to the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Players who do not wish to accept revised Terms should cease using the Platform immediately and request account closure. The version number and date of last update are displayed at the top of this page for reference.

15 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which GWKTogel's international online gaming licence is issued. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the use of the Platform that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitration bodies specified under GWKTogel's licensing jurisdiction.

GWKTogel acknowledges that Malaysian players are responsible for ensuring their participation in online gambling complies with Malaysian law. GWKTogel does not operate under any Malaysian government licence.
